This statement concerns personal data sent by the user when registering with the site www.polohotel.it and its services. In order to send a booking or availability request or to ask for further information it is necessary to provide Polo Hotel with certain pieces of data. Personal data collected by means of this procedure of registration with the services offered by www.polohotel.it shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Polo Hotel, whose registered office is located in Rome, n. 4, Piazza Bartolomeo Gastaldi. Polo Hotel will be the proprietor of such data and responsible for its processing, in compliance with Law 675 of 1996 and of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003; therefore, the services of www.polohotel.it shall be provided exclusively to those who require them explicitly and authorize Polo Hotel to carry out the processing of their personal data. As Proprietor of the processing system, Polo Hotel informs users that their e-mail address and any other personal data that has been voluntarily supplied will be processed, following the acceptance of the terms, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the requests explicitly sent out by the users. The names and addresses used to send reply messages are processed by means of computerized tools (even though no specific operations are performed) and they shall not be disclosed to third parties nor shall they be used for purposes other than issuing the requested reply. Each registered user can contact Polo Hotel at any time in order to verify and integrate such personal data, to update and rectify it and/or to exercise any other right mentioned in the directive concerning the protection of personal data (article 13, Law 675/96; article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree n. 196 issued on June 30th 2003). Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss and the illicit or incorrect use of such data or any unauthorized access to it. Any other pieces of data collected shall be used to help www.polohotel.it provide constantly improving services.
