Bio-park - Environmental Conservation and Documentation Center
Established in 1911, the Bio-park stretches over an area of 12 hectares in the northern section of the Villa Borghese Park. It is a fundamental institution for the safeguard and preservation of animal species on the brink of extinction.
A weekend at the Bio-park Every weekend all the visitors of the Bio-park can participate in playing and learning activities, which are interesting and a lot of fun. The activities are free of charge.
Opening hours::
From March 30th to October 26th
09:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (last admittance at 5:00 p.m.)
EXTENDED OPENING HOURS: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
from April 10th to September 28th: 9:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
Admission:
€ 8.50 for adults,
€ 6.50 for children aged between 3 and 12.
Free: children under 3 years of age.
