In order to send a booking or availability request or to ask for further information it is necessary to provide Polo Hotel with certain pieces of data. Personal data collected by means of this procedure of registration with the services offered by www.polohotel.it shall be stored in an electronic database owned by Polo Hotel, whose registered office is located in Rome, n. 4, Piazza Bartolomeo Gastaldi. Polo Hotel will be the proprietor of such data and responsible for its processing, in compliance with Law 675 of 1996 and of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003; therefore, the services of www.polohotel.it shall be provided exclusively to those who require them explicitly and authorize Polo Hotel to carry out the processing of their personal data.
