American Bar & Restaurant
The American Bar situated on the first floor of the hotel offers lovely views of the green inner city areas of the Parioli quarter. The bar continues the modern colonial design style of the Polo Hotel. A 270 degree window allows guests to enjoy the location whilst indulging in a delightful private meal. Dishes are inspired both by the Roman tradition and the hotel’s international clientele. The restaurant has an à-la-carte menu including an extensive vegetarian section. All dishes are made from high quality seasonal ingredients. The daily buffet breakfast offers guests an extensive choice of cereals, yoghurts, eggs, pastries, coffee, tea and juices.
