The Polo Hotel is equipped with a large 145 sqm conference room (13 meters long x 11 meters wide x 2.66 meters high) that can accommodate up to 70 participants. Horseshoe style seating hosts 30 persons, single table style accommodates 16 guests, the classroom style room hosts 25 people and the theatre style up to 70 people. The room is equipped with air conditioning, direct telephone line, screen, overhead projector, flip chart and television. Additional audiovisual equipment and special meeting packages are available on request.
The Business Suite can host a maximum of 15 persons.
